Angela Kelly Double-Breasted Fuchsia Coat and Flat-Crown Hat

This Angela Kelly look is made up of a double-breasted fuchsia wool coat and a flat-crown, flat-brim fuchsia felt hat trimmed with feathers and silk tulips; the brim contrasts the rest of the hat, being lavender grey. So far we haven't had a clear look at the dress worn underneath.

This outfit, accessorised with a diamond brooch in the shape of a sprig of roses, was debuted on 17 April 2014, when the Queen took part in the traditional Maundy Thursday service at Blackburn Cathedral:



Exactly a year later, on 17 April 2015, the Queen selected the look again on for the Newbury horse races. No brooch was worn:


The Queen was seen crossing her fingers as her horse, Ring of Truth, galloped home, although eventually she came in second place:





On 13 March 2017, the Queen, seen below with Louise Martin, President of the Commonwealth Games Federation, repeated the look to launch the XXI Commonwealth Games baton relay outside Buckingham Palace (Daily Mail article here). She wore the gold trellis brooch:
