The first time we saw this outfit was on 4 July 2014, when the Queen first visited Forth Road Bridge in South Queensferry, Scotland, to take part in its 50th anniversary celebration, then later at Rosyth for the launch of aircraft-carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth. One of Queen Victoria's Bow brooches was selected:

Early the following year, on 19 February 2015, the Queen repeated this look to officially re-open Canada House, the Canadian High Commissioner's residence in London, after extensive refurbishments. The Queen Mother's Palm Leaf brooch was selected (surpisingly, one might add, as this was an occasion when the Maple Leaf brooch definitley sprung to mind!):
The Queen repeated this look to attend the annual Maundy Thursday service, held at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, on 24 March 2016 (Daily Mail article here). She selected again one of Queen Victoria's bow brooches:
