This outfit is extremely reminiscent, in style, of this blue one, another Canadian tour debut.
The pearl, enamel and gold-tone metal buttons appear to be exactly the same, and the style and print of the dress are extremely similar. The coat, by Stewart Parvin, is trimmed with a delicate chiffon ruffle. The hat is by Rachel Trevor Morgan.
The first appearance I recall for this outfit is on 6 July 2010 in Toronto, Canada, on the last day of a tour of the country, prior to departing for New York. The Queen accessorised with her Irish Blossom brooch, plus the badge of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada:
The dress was repeated on 27 November 2010, when departing Muscat Airport at the end of a five-day State visit to the Gulf States, accessorised with the Cullinan V brooch:
The Queen chose this coral ensamble again for Day 3 of the Royal Ascot races, on 16 June 2011, when the coat made an appearance, accessorised with her Courtauld Thomson Scallop-Shell brooch. The photo shows in clearer detail the ruffle at the sleeve:
On 12 July 2012, the Queen paid a visit to RAF Cosford in the West Midlands, as part of her Diamond Jubilee tour of the UK. She wore her Flame Lily brooch:
After a long spell out of the public eye, this outfit made a reappearance on 2 July 2015, on a visit to the Scottish Veterans' Garden City Association's new housing development for disabled veterans in Edinburgh over the course of Holyrood week. The Queen paired it with her Pearl Swans brooch:
The Queen met D-Day veteran Robert McCabe (far right) and planted a tree at the site of the new housing development.
The Queen repeated the look on 19 June 2016, when she presented prizes for the Bentely Motors Royal Windsor Cup final at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor (photo gallery here). She wore the Nizam of Hyderabad Rose brooch:
