Another outfit that made its first appearance during the year of the Diamond Jubilee, on 19 July 2012 at a performance of the City Varieties Youth Theatre Company in Leeds. The cream and gold coat is by Karl Ludwig, while the matching hat trimmed with black and gold feathers is an Angela Kelly design. For its first outing, the Queen chose the Tudor Rose brooch, as seen below:
Later, the same outfit was selected for the ceremonial welcome of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia at Horse Guards Parade, on 31 October 2012, with a diamond and rose gold brooch in a floral design:
On the 20 March 2013, the Queen wore this outfit again for a visit to Baker St Underground Station to mark the 150th anniversary of the London Underground. The Queen was accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh and a pregnant Duchess of Cambridge and chose a gold brooch to complement her outfit, the Frosted Sunflower:
A year later, on 12 March 2014, the outfit was repeated for a visit to the Royal Commonwealth Society in Westminster, this time worn with a ruby and gold flower brooch:
A couple of months later, on 6 May 2014, it was the turn of a visit to Chelmsford Cathedral to celebrate the centenary of Chelmsford diocese during a day of engagements in Essex. The Queen wore a brooch in the shape of a spray of daffodils:
This outfit was chosen again on 6 September 2014 for the annual Braemar Highland Gathering, of course paired with the gold Braemar Feather brooch:
Then we saw it again at another Commonwealth-related engagement, the Commonwealth Observance service at Westminster Abbey on 9 March 2015, worn with a gold filigree Singapore Peranakan Diamond Jubilee brooch:
The look was repeated on 27 December 2015, to attend the Sunday service at St Mary Magadalene church on the Sandringham estate (Popsugar gallery here). The Queen repeated the Singapore Peranakan brooch:
