Cream Bouclé Collarless Coat with Plaid Pattern

This outfit is comprised of a cream bouclé collarless coat with a plaid pattern and black buttons, matching dress and a straw hat with a high crown, large silk sash and silk and feather blooms to one side.
Below we see it worn for the Queen's arrival in Paris by Eurostar on 5 April 2004. The Queen wore her coral and diamond rose brooch, a gift from the French Order of the Libération to mark the 50th anniversary of General De Gaulle's famous Appeal of 18 June 1940 speech:

A few months later, on 15 October 2004, the Queen wore the outfit again (both with and without hat) to the opening of Phase 2 of the Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Development, a place of worship for Sikhs in Hounslow. The Frosted Sunflower brooch was chosen:

Another repeat came on 14 October 2005, when the Queen wore this look again for a visit to the Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade Watch House and Museum. The Frosted Sunflower brooch was selected again:

This look was not seen again for nine years, until it remerged on 31 March 2014 at the unveiling of the Windsor Greys statue in Windsor, commissioned to mark  the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation and to pay homage to the important royal ceremonial role played by Windsor Grey horses. The Queen accessorised with her Pearl Trefoil brooch:

The look was seen again on 4 August 2015, when the Queen attended a special service of commemoration at Crathie Kirk on the Balmoral estate, to mark the 100th anniversary of Great Britain declaring war on Germany and the start of the First World War. The Queen wore one of Queen Victoria's Bow brooches:
