The first time I remember seeing this was on 20 June 2009, Day 5 of the Royal Ascot horse races, accessorised with the diamond and sapphire grapes brooch and cream accessories:
About a year later, on 20 May 2010, we got a better look at the outfit in the course of the Queen's historic visit to the Republic of Ireland, when she visited the Irish National Stud in Co. Kildare. Queen Victoria's sapphire and diamond brooch, a wedding present from Prince Albert, was chosen:
Two months later, on 21 July 2011, the Queen was again photographed in this outfit when she attended a service to mark the 300th anniversary of the completion of St Paul's Cathedral in London. She wore the Queen Mother's Palm Leaf brooch:
On 15 November 2011, it was the turn of the dress to show itself in its full glory, when Her Majesty wore it to receive King Abdullah of Jordan in a private audience at Buckingham Palace. Notice the lovely front half-belt motif. The Pearl Trefoil brooch was worn:
Then, on 3 July 2012, the outfit was worn again at a garden party for more than 8,000 guests in the ground of the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh, Scotland. The sapphire-and-diamond grapes brooch was used again:
On 6 October 2014, the dress made another solo appearance for an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace, during which the Queen knighted, among others, Henry Cecil, the racehorse trainer:
