Royal Blue Karl Ludwig Outfit and Angela Kelly Hat

This royal blue V-neck collarless coat, floral print silk dress, both by Karl Ludwig, and a flat crown, flat brim hat by Angela Kelly, covered in the same silk crepe fabric as the coat was first worn by the Queen on 4 July 2013 for a visit to the Royal Regiment of Scotland at Dreghorn Barracks in Edinburgh. The Royal Regiment of Scotland's badge was worn:



The look was repeated the following year, on 15 June 2014, for the Final's Day at the Cartier Queen's Cup at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor, this time accessorizing with the Tudor Rose brooch:





The ensamble was worn again on 30 April 2015, to present new colours to the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards at Windsor Castle. Predictably, the Welsh Guards badge, a brooch in the shape of a leek, one of the national emblems of Wales, was worn:

 



On 8 July 2016, the Queen repeated the look for a series of engagements in Edinburgh during Holyrood Week, including a visit to Royal Warrant holders Hamilton & Inches Jewellers (Daily Mail article here). The Queen wore her large sapphire and diamond brooch, which was a wedding gift from Prince Albert to Queen Victoria:
