This outfit is comprised of a collarless coat with turquoise fabric-covered buttons and a dress, both in the same pale ice blue-grey bouclé fabric with mini turquoise polka dots, plus a turquoise straw hat by Rachel Trevor Morgan, with a sharply upturned brim trimmed with a band of the same fabric as the coat and dress and a feather spray trim.
It was first worn by the Queen during her historic visit to the Republic of Ireland, the first from a British monarch in 100 years, on
