Royal Blue Peter Enrione Coat and Aqua Hat by Angela Kelly

For her arrival at Berlin Tegel Airport on the evening of 23 June 2015, at the start of a four-day State visit (Daily Mail article here), the Queen selected a new ensamble, comprised of a collarless coat with strongly asymmetrical buttoning in a rich shade of royal blue and a silk paisley print dress on aqua background, both by Peter Enrione, set off with an aqua straw hat by Angela Kelly, with the crown overlaid in pleated sinamay to resemble a layer of organdy, upturned brim and blue silk rose trim. For her first appearance in this outfit, the Queen accessorized with Queen Victoria's sapphire and diamond brooch:
