Angela Kelly Primrose Yellow and Sage Green Outfit

This buttercup yellow double-breasted crepe coat has an interesting feature in the small ruffles that adorn the cuffs and pockets. The dress features large peony blooms in ivory, with pink accents, on a sage background. Tying together the whole look is a yellow straw hat with sage brim and a small cluster of pink and sage feathers held in place by a yellow crepe knot.

This outfit was first worn on 14 May 2011, on a visit to Croke Park Stadium in Dublin, home of the Gaelic Games, during the Queen's historic first visit to the Republic of Ireland. Her Majesty paired it with the same cream leather accessories worn to the Royal Wedding two weeks earlier and the Australian Wattle brooch:

It was then repeated soon afterwards, on 12 July 2011, at a Buckingham Palace garden party, paired with the Frosted Sunflower brooch:

It was then almost four years since we saw this look worn again in public, on 6 June 2015, when it was repeated, accessorized again with the Frosted Sunflower brooch, to the annual Investec Derby Festival at Epsom (Daily Mail article here):
