Royal Blue Peter Enrione Coat and Aqua Hat by Angela Kelly

For her arrival at Berlin Tegel Airport on the evening of 23 June 2015, at the start of a four-day State visit (Daily Mail article here), the Queen selected a new ensamble, comprised of a collarless coat with strongly asymmetrical buttoning in a rich shade of royal blue and a silk paisley print dress on aqua background, both by Peter Enrione, set off with an aqua straw hat by Angela Kelly, with the crown overlaid in pleated sinamay to resemble a layer of organdy, upturned brim and blue silk rose trim. For her first appearance in this outfit, the Queen accessorized with Queen Victoria's sapphire and diamond brooch:

This summery yellow honeycomb coat and eau-de-nil and yellow dress are both by couturier Stewart Parvin, while the straw hat adorned with roses in pink and creamy orange silk was created by Rachel Trevor-Morgan.

The Queen debuted this look on 19 June 2015, Day 3 of Royal Ascot, paired with her Botswana Flower brooch (Daily Mail article here):

On 5 July 2016, the Queen repeated the outfit when hosting a garden party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse during her annual week-long stay in Edinburgh (Daily Mail article here). She wore the Jardine Star brooch:

On 19 July 2016, the Queen wore the dress on its own when she held several private audiences at Buckingham Palace (pictured below with Sir James Dyson, Professor Dame Ann Dowling and the Lord Darzi of Denham, who were invested with the Order of Merit during the audience; Twitter link here). The Queen wore the Pearl Trefoil brooch:

On the 23 May 2016, the Queen repeated the coat and dress to what is a traditionally hat-less occasion, an afternoon visit to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (Daily Mail article here). As usual in recent years for this engagement, she wore her

Peter Enrione Cerise Coat and Floral Print Dress, Angela Kelly Hat

A cerise crepe coat fastened with a single gold button at the collar and a flower print silk dress in shades of cerise and pink on a cream background, both by Peter Enrione, topped off with a fabric covered hat with straw brim in cerise trimmed with a large silk bloom to one side.

Debuted on 16 June 2015, Day 1 of the Royal Ascot meeting (Daily Mail article here).
Can we all please pause for a moment to admire che absolutely fabulous ruby brooch the Queen was wearing? An oval one to which is suspended a slightly smaller teardrop stone, both surrounded by diamonds. They were part of Queen Victoria's ruby parure (probably acquired to match her Oriental Circlet), left to the Crown upon her death in 1901, and had not been seen in public since the Queen Mother was alive. It was a fab surprise to see them worn again by the Queen:

Angela Kelly Primrose Yellow and Sage Green Outfit

This buttercup yellow double-breasted crepe coat has an interesting feature in the small ruffles that adorn the cuffs and pockets. The dress features large peony blooms in ivory, with pink accents, on a sage background. Tying together the whole look is a yellow straw hat with sage brim and a small cluster of pink and sage feathers held in place by a yellow crepe knot.

This outfit was first worn on 14 May 2011, on a visit to Croke Park Stadium in Dublin, home of the Gaelic Games, during the Queen's historic first visit to the Republic of Ireland. Her Majesty paired it with the same cream leather accessories worn to the Royal Wedding two weeks earlier and the Australian Wattle brooch:

It was then repeated soon afterwards, on 12 July 2011, at a Buckingham Palace garden party, paired with the Frosted Sunflower brooch:

It was then almost four years since we saw this look worn again in public, on 6 June 2015, when it was repeated, accessorized again with the Frosted Sunflower brooch, to the annual Investec Derby Festival at Epsom (Daily Mail article here):
