Pale Blue Bouclé Outfit with Navy Buttons and Navy Roses Trim

On 26 November 2015, the Queen debuted a new outfit for her arrival in Malta, where she was due to open the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (Daily Mail article here).
The ensamble is comprised of a pale blue bouclé coat and hat; the most striking feature about the coat are its slightly oversized navy blue buttons, grouped in a row of three close to the neckline. The colour is echoed in the navy silk roses that embellish the hat, a creation by Angela Kelly. The Queen accessorized with Queen Victoria's wedding gift sapphire and diamond brooch:

The look was repeated on 16 March 2017, when the Queen officially reopened the National Army Museum in London following a 3-year redevelopment (Daily Mail article here). This time she wore the Queen Mother's Palm Leaf brooch to complement the outfit:

Turquoise and Blue Angela Kelly 'Neon' Outfit

This Angela Kelly outfit features a rather striking contrasting combination of electric blue and bright turquoise, it's almost a 'neon' look for Her Majesty, and one that ensures she's highly visible during engagements. The hat is mainly electric blue, with turquoise piping and a blue and turquoise yarn trim as a decorative feature, whereas the coat is mainly turquoise, with the collar, flap pockets and piping down the centre front being electric blue. The coat buttons have a geometric, somewhat Mondrian-esque motif.

The Queen debuted this look on a visit to Manchester on 14 November 2013, accessorizing it with the Jardine Star brooch (more photos and a video on the Manchester Evening News page here):

Then, the following year, on 29 April 2014, Her Majesty wore this ensamble again on a visit to Cotts Farm Equine Hospital in Narbeth, Wales (Daily Mail article can be found here). This time the coat was jazzed up with the Pearl Trefoil brooch:

It was another equestrian engagement for this look when the Queen selected it again on 18 October 2014 for the British Champion's Day at the Ascot racecourse. For this occasion, Her Majesty opted for a not-often-seen brooch in the shape of a floral bouquet made up of multi-coloured stones:

This close up provides a peek of the pattern of the dress:

The next time we saw the Queen wear this outfit was on 11 January 2015, for Sunday Church at St Mary Magdalene on the Sandringham Estate (Daily Mail article here). The Queen Mother's Palm Leaf brooch was used:

Her Majesty repeated the look a couple of months later, on 26 March 2015, for a visit to the National Memorial to the Few in Capel-le-Ferne, Kent (Daily Mail article here), followed by a visit to Canterbury Cathedral, where stautes of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh by Norfolk artist Nina Bilbey, commissioned to mark the Diamond Jubilee, where unveiled (Daily Mail article here). The Queen wore one of Queen Victoria's Diamond Bow brooches:

The coat and dress then made a solo appearance at a traditionally hatless occasion, the Chelsea Flower Show, at a preview on 18 May 2015. As has become customary in recent years, the Queen wore a brooch in the shape of an Iris Unguicularis, the floral symbol of the Chelsea Flower Show, a present from the Royal Horticultural Society on the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee. Prince Harry accompanied the Queen on a tour of the garden designed for his charity, Sentebale (Hello! magazine article here):

Most notably, the Queen chose this outfit for her historic appearance on 9 September 2015, the day when she became the longest reigning monarch in British history, taking over from her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria (Daily Mail article here). The Queen was greeted by cheering crowds as she boarded a steam train at Waverely Station in Edinburgh, en route the village of Tweedbank, where she opened the new £294million Scottish Borders Railway. Appropriately, she wore one of Queen Victoria's diamond bow brooches:

Royal Blue Karl Ludwig Outfit and Angela Kelly Hat

This royal blue V-neck collarless coat, floral print silk dress, both by Karl Ludwig, and a flat crown, flat brim hat by Angela Kelly, covered in the same silk crepe fabric as the coat was first worn by the Queen on 4 July 2013 for a visit to the Royal Regiment of Scotland at Dreghorn Barracks in Edinburgh. The Royal Regiment of Scotland's badge was worn:

The look was repeated the following year, on 15 June 2014, for the Final's Day at the Cartier Queen's Cup at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor, this time accessorizing with the Tudor Rose brooch:

The ensamble was worn again on 30 April 2015, to present new colours to the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards at Windsor Castle. Predictably, the Welsh Guards badge, a brooch in the shape of a leek, one of the national emblems of Wales, was worn:

On 8 July 2016, the Queen repeated the look for a series of engagements in Edinburgh during Holyrood Week, including a visit to Royal Warrant holders Hamilton & Inches Jewellers (Daily Mail article here). The Queen wore her large sapphire and diamond brooch, which was a wedding gift from Prince Albert to Queen Victoria:

Powder Blue Suit and Flower Trimmed Hat

This, I think, is a fab look for the Queen. A skirt suit in powder blue silk crepe, with the jacket pockets decorated with silk bows, and a straw hat with a large silk sash and oversized silk bloom.

Interestingly, the first appearance of this look was dress only. Although I can't be 100% certain about it, I'm pretty confident the powder blue dress the Queen wore on 15 March 2006 for a reception at Hillsborough Castle in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for Action for Children, an organization of which the Queen is patron, is the one that matches this jacket and is usually worn underneath. The opaque fabric with shiny silk accent around the waist is reminiscent of the shiny details on the jacket and hat. The Boucheron aquamarine and diamond clips were worn:

Then it was time for another dress-only appearance several years later, on 14 October 2010, for an audience at Buckingham Palace with the Ambassador of Swaziland Mrs Dumsile Thandi Sukati (seen below) and others. The Boucheron aquamarine and diamond clips were worn:

On 17 October 2011, the Queen wore the suit, minus the hat, to the official opening of the Round Square International Conference at Wellington College, in Crowthorne, Berkshire. She paired it with one of Queen Victoria's diamond bow brooches:

However, the complete ensamble was first worn on 23 November 2011, when the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh visited Admiralty House in London for the formal inauguration of the Duke as Lord High Admiral. The Queen accessorised her look with the Boucheron aquamarine and diamond clips and a naval badge:

Note the bow detail on the pockets:

Another appearance for what I strongly believe is the matching dress came on 21 May 2013, when the Queen wore it for an audience at Buckingham Palace with Croatian President Ivo Josipovic and his wife. The Boucheron aquamarine and diamond clips were worn again:

On 15 June 2013, after Trooping the Colour, the Queen changed into this suit to pay a visit to the Duke of Edinburgh (BBC video here), who was convalescing at the London Clinic after undergoing exploratory abdominal surgery earlier that month. The Boucheron clips were worn once again:

This look was repeated on 8 August 2013, when Her Majesty inspected the Royal Scots Borderers outside the gates of Balmoral Castle at the start of her annual stay in her Scottish residence. The badge of the Royal Regiment of Scotland was, predictably, pinned to the Queen's jacket:

On 19 March 2015, the dress made another solo appearance, for an investiture ceremony at Buckingham Palace, during which the Queen presented actress Kristin Scott Thomas with a damehood for services to drama. The Boucheron clips seem to be something of a fixture with this look, and were used again, although they can't be seen in the photo below (SkyNews video here):

On 13 November 2015, the Queen wore again the dress on its own for a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Buckingham Palace. She paired it with the Flame Lily brooch:

On 5 February 2016, the Queen repeated the dress to receive Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait at Sandringham House for a meeting and luncheon. Empress Marie Feodorovna's sapphire and pearl brooch was worn:

On 22 April 2016, the day after her 90th birthday, the Queen repeated the suit, with her trusty Boucheron clips and a silk scarf, to greet President and Mrs Obama upon their arrival at Windsor Castle for a private lunch (Daily Mail article here):

On 7 March 2017, the Queen repeated the dress for investitures at Buckingham Palace. She wore the Queen Mother's aquamarine Art Deco brooch:
